Internal medicine and endocrinology specialist
Wroclaw Medical University’s Medical school graduate (1998). She gained experience in the Department and Clinic of Endocrinology, Diabetology and Isotope Therapy in Wrocław, as a result of which, she obtained the title of internal diseases specialist and later endocrinology specialist. Simultaneously she started academic research dedicated to the bone disorders in women suffering from hyperprolactinemia, which ended with defence of the doctoral dissertation and obtaining a M.D.Ph.D title in endocrinology. She gained a certificate of competence from the Roztocze School of Ultrasound in the field of small parts ultrasound – diagnosis of thyroid, lymph nodes and other neck structures. Participated in many conferences and academic symposiums, took part in multiple continuous development courses in endocrinology, diabetology and metabolic diseases. She is a co-author of research papers in endocrinology, published in domestic and foreign journals. In her professional practice, she focuses mainly on providing complex care to adult patients with endocrine conditions – pituitary gland, thyroid, parathyroid glands, adrenal gland, ovaries and testicles. Member of the Polish Society of Endocrinology.
Her professional activity span includes in particular the diagnosis and treatment of: thyroid conditions (thyroid nodules, thyroid cancer, underactive thyroid, overactive thyroid), thyroid gland ultrasound, complex diagnosis and treatment of parathyroid glands conditions and pituitary gland conditions (such as Hyperprolactinemia), adrenal gland, menstrual disorders, excessive hair growth (hirsutism), obesity.
